This Full Trailer Inspection template guides drivers and technicians through a comprehensive pre-trip or post-trip check. Record asset details, date and time, inspector, carrier, trailer number, unit serial and hours, and PM service status. Inspect all lighting including clearance, turn, and rear lights, reefer belts and airshute, tire condition and pressure, brake chambers and braking system, air leaks, wheel seals, axle hub oil level, and mud flaps.
