This forklift truck equipment checklist helps operators conduct daily pre-use inspections of FLTs. It covers key off and key on checks, including visual damage, cab cleanliness, capacity plate, overhead guard, hydraulic cylinders, mast assembly, lift chains and rollers, forks, backplate, tyres, battery, gauges, hydraulic fluid, steering, brakes, lights, seat belt, and horn.
