Outbound Machine Checklist and Workshop Audit

Use this outbound machine checklist to confirm equipment is safe and ready for collection after service. Record plant details, registration, odometer and hours. Complete Section 1 checks for lights, fluid levels, mirrors, horn, hydraulic hoses, alarms, fire suppression, air conditioning, seats and leaks. In Section 2, verify job pack completion, defect recording, component change outs, torque checks and parts returns. Perform dynamic brake tests, remove tags, fit re torque and information tags as required, and obtain supervisor sign off before release.
