Checklist DMC ini membantu pemeriksaan kendaraan harian untuk lori tangki agar aman dan patuh. Poin pemeriksaan mencakup kondisi pemandu, APD wajib seperti helmet, sepatu keselamatan, sarung tangan, dan jaket reflektor; kebersihan serta fungsi panel di kabin; aspek mekanikal seperti lampu, rem, oli, coolant, wiper, ban, dan kebocoran. Bagian kargo dan tangki menilai panel bahan petroleum/berbahaya, peralatan bongkar muat, pencegahan tumpahan, spark arrestor/grounding, sistem PTO, valve dan emergency stop, serta kondisi pipa dan manhole. Tersedia bagian catatan, serta kolom tanda tangan pemandu dan pemeriksa untuk memastikan kesiapan operasional sebelum perjalanan.
