Use this monthly vehicle inspection checklist to assess DCC Transport Group dedicated vehicles. It covers internal checks (seatbelts, mirrors, windshield, fluids, wipers, handbrake, horn, brakes, reversing camera), external checks (lights, indicators, beacon, signage, tyres, washer fluid), vehicle gear (spare tyre or inflation kit, jack, first aid), and required PPE and equipment. Guidance indicates when to alert Fleet Ops, when a vehicle must not be driven, and when temporary operation is acceptable.
