Use this checklist to assess distribution center conveyor crossovers and reduce hazards. Verify location details and capture photos of both sides. Check if the crossing is at least 33 inches wide or if a full plate is provided to walk over. Confirm high visibility paint and warning signs are present. Ensure fast access to an emergency stop. Verify a minimum of 6 feet 8 inches of headroom above the top step, or that low headroom signage and impact padding are installed. Document findings to improve safety and compliance.
