Fire Protection Inspection Checklist Terex Utilities
by Justin Fischer, from the Community
Use this monthly fire protection inspection checklist to help verify that critical fire safety equipment and access points are in safe working order across utility facilities. Inspect sprinkler riser accessibility, confirm control valves are locked open, and assess systems for visible damage or deficiencies. Check that sprinklers maintain at least 18 inches of clearance, fire extinguishers are accessible and in working condition, and doors and passageways remain free of obstructions. Record notes for any issues found and capture a signature to complete the inspection. Intended as a starting point only; adapt to your site standards and regulations.
