Verifica documenti (libretto, assicurazione, patente), DPI e dotazioni di bordo, pulizia e stato interno, foto contachilometri e livello carburante, presenza di navigatore e cronotachigrafo. Controlli meccanici: freni, impianto elettrico, livelli (olio, liquido di raffreddamento, tergicristallo), spazzole, batteria, gomme e pressione. Verifiche esterne: luci anteriori/posteriori, frecce, clacson, carrozzeria con foto. Se presente, semirimorchio: targa, aggancio, giunti, freni, luci, twist lock, corretto fissaggio del carico, gomme e integrità. Con firma finale.
