Use this CBD e-bike inspection template to confirm each delivery bike is safe and road ready. Inspect handlebars and neck security, tyre pressure and tread, chain and pedals, brake performance, control panel operation, seat condition, wiring and electrical components, front and rear lights, horn, and bike stand. Check storage boxes are cleared, trolley attachments secured, and required PPE is available, including helmet and high visibility vests. Record which bikes are safe to ride, tag out unsafe bikes for repair, note items for the next service, and complete a test ride. Capture team and manager sign-off for accountability.
