This Operational Quality Assurance template for cruise and cargo vessels supports comprehensive shipboard audits. It covers jetty and mooring arrangements, gangways, PPE and crew safety awareness. Inspect fire barriers, CO2, Hi-Fog and sprinkler systems, hose stations and portable extinguishers. Verify detection panels, alarms and emergency power. Review lifeboats, liferafts, rescue boats, muster stations and posted instructions. Assess bridge procedures, voyage planning, navigational equipment, certificates and records. Check watertight integrity, stability, pollution prevention equipment and SOPEP. Evaluate materials storage, ventilation, machinery spaces and housekeeping. Test drills and crew proficiency across firefighting, evacuation and emergency response.
