It covers MOE satellite working procedures, nomination of certifying and support staff, facilities and environmental conditions, secure storage, tool control and calibration, acceptance and segregation of components, access to current maintenance data, production planning and handovers, performance and certification of maintenance, and site-specific arrangements such as tenancy, safety, security, and waste management.
