HSE Gemba: Main Aisles and Goods In Checklist

This HSE Gemba checklist supports supervisors conducting a Monday walk-through of warehouse main aisles and Goods In. It covers lighting adequacy, aisle and floor cleanliness, pallet alignment and condition, emergency exit access, ACM wall condition, load security and banding, baler pre-start checks with PPE, and battery locations. Behavioral observations include powered equipment operation (direction of travel, horn use, seat belts, speed, visibility) and manual handling practices (posture, lifting technique, proximity to trunk, PPE and hand protection). It also prompts discussion of unsafe observations, evacuation procedures, and accident reporting, and provides space for employee recognition.
