It guides supervisors through a fast, consistent review of pallet and skid condition, lane alignment, 1 inch rule compliance, 5S housekeeping, trash management, forklift aisle clearance, and rack stacking. Verify use of dock locks and gladhand locks, door security, and that forklifts are not left running. Check tote height limits, banding and strap removal practices, triwall build quality, and damage to containers, boxes, and pallets. Capture photos and comments for each finding, and confirm broken equipment is locked out and reported.
