Use this dock audit template to evaluate loading dock safety and operations. Inspect dock status when in use and not in use, including dock cones and chains, wheel chocks, jack stands, trailer cones and flags, dock locks and lights, Salvo units, and Yak Traks during icy conditions. Verify forklift operators follow designated walk paths, outside areas are clear of trash, and equipment is stored correctly. Capture photos, note findings, assign corrective actions, and maintain compliance.
