This telecom tower safety inspection checklist helps crews verify critical pre-work and on-site controls. It covers JSA completeness and hazard mitigation, crew login with tower owner and carrier, daily PFAS and capstan inspections, and a written rescue plan for elevated work. Confirm crew certifications for climbing, rigging, RF awareness, first aid and CPR, crane and aerial lift operations.
