Use this NBN preliminary as built inspection checklist to complete a pre audit review of pit and pipe works before the formal NBN Co audit. Record site conditions, confirm access, and verify pit protection and NBN stamps. Check lids are intact, flush, undamaged, and free of debris. Validate gasket covers, cleanliness, crushed rock bedding and compaction, and use of spreader bars where required. Inspect conduits for proper bedding, bushes flush with pit walls, correct separation, draw rope installed, lead ins tagged and labeled, plugs or end caps fitted, and connectivity to the next stage. Capture photo evidence, add comments, and sign off readiness for as built compliance.
