This telecom site audit checklist guides field engineers through a complete inspection of base station infrastructure. Verify site security and cleanliness; assess diesel generator condition, ATS, alternator readings, engine mounts, oil, cooling, exhaust, and fuel systems; review rectifier type, PSUs, BFU, and battery health; check HVAC performance and condensate drains; examine BTS cabinets, dust screens, heat exchangers, feeders, and connectors; and inspect transmission nodes, microwave ODUs, fiber, earthing, antenna mounts, alignment, and RSL. Record findings to maintain network reliability.
