Use this event recording checklist to prepare and run reliable audio and video captures for live events. Verify main and backup audio, test microphones, confirm recorder inputs and recording formats, check card or SSD space, and monitor levels. Validate video inputs and outputs, video output mode, and monitor feeds. Prepare laptops for PDF playback, power, Wi Fi, and connectivity with ATEM.
