Document issues encountered, actions taken, and whether team management has been informed. Attach screenshots of streaming metrics, equipment lists, and mesh data from the Chrome app, plus photos of on screen messages. Note internal wall construction, presence of wireless devices such as Sonos and Apple products, and any Ethernet cabling, switches, or power line adaptors.
