This HOP photos template helps teams document telecommunications sites with consistent, detailed photo evidence. Capture title and site details, pre work photos, tower overviews from all directions, antenna clusters by sector, and workmanship issues. Record earthing connections at shelter, tray, tower top and base. Document electrical elements including meter boxes and generator outlets. Cover cable trays, entries, glands, hybrid tails, feeder earths, and any new steel. Include GPS hardware, compound and shelter elevations, EME and hazard signage, RFNSA signage, and door and meter box signs. For each TPG and Optus sector, record azimuth, mechanical tilt with digital level, antenna connections, RRUs, TMAs, combiners, filters, and serial numbers. Add extra photos of welding, painting, and incident evidence as required.
