Kit Install and Go Live Checklist

This telecom installation and go-live checklist guides technicians through cabinet checks and site readiness. Document main entrance access information, cabinet location and access, photos, unit space, and power capacity. Record who pinged the equipment, map OLT ports 1-16 and where each feed connects, and capture other notes. Use this template to standardize OLT cabinet installs, verify connectivity and power, and provide an auditable record for network commissioning.

C-OLT Splicing Report Template
Use this C-OLT splicing report template to document fiber optic works at the enclosure and OLT. Capture site and customer details, C-OLT location, splice to splitter pigtails, loss confirmation, cleaning and labeling checks, and cable management. Record enclosure number, location, tray number, and tray status, plus splitter serial number and photos. Verify a 1:16 splitter install, OTDR and red light tests, and that results are uploaded. Log POE or CSP installation and testing, fire clips, and bend management. Include technician signature, date, and site completion confirmation.
