This self audit checklist is designed for Ericsson approved service providers performing installation and commissioning at telecom sites. Use it on site to confirm scope of works, capture pre start and completion photos, report legacy issues, and note any outstanding tasks. Verify external alarms and upload to NEMO, complete electrical testing and certification, confirm breaker ratings and rectifier counts per design, finish all labeling for optical, transmission, power and feeders, seal ducting and entry points, and install cabinets per site design. Record hop information with the SDE app, add bitumen to applicable plinths, complete QARA, and document revisit needs.
