Travis Perkins Wi-Fi Installation Sign-Off Form

This digital sign-off template is used by Elecomm engineers at Travis Perkins sites to confirm completion of Wi-Fi installations. It captures job and store numbers, travel and on-site times, scope of works, and attending engineers. Technicians record BT Business Hub installation and serials, power injector status, and access point details including serial, MAC and IP, with supporting photos. A speed test can be run with a screenshot. It also tracks the number of TC55 devices and configuration status, issues found with photos, and issue resolution evidence. The form concludes with comments, lead engineer details, and client sign-off, acknowledging the wireless coverage has been tested and accepted.
