Use this SD-WAN v5 installation and user acceptance testing checklist for JDW sites. Record site details, confirm installation, label all hardware, and capture photos of serial numbers and cabling before and after. Verify remote access with Digital Space. Run critical UAT including card payments on tills, app orders appearing on kitchen and bar screens, internet access and email from the back office PC, and hotel booking systems where applicable. Check kitchen screens and tills are powered and working, customer Wi-Fi connectivity, and allergen screen operation. Complete non critical UAT across WISDOM, Aztec, APOS, mySchedule, myJDW, ResourceLink, Trinity, App Manager, AMRIS, tablets and training apps. Confirm printing from PCs and tills, order print routing, and collect manager sign off.
