Design Validation Checklist (Rev 1.0)
by Sundar Arunachalam, from the Community
This Design Validation checklist helps teams review and validate telecom civil infrastructure such as pits, ducts, nodes, pillars and joints. Capture asset IDs or drawing references, select pit and duct sizes, and log event types and reasons for changes. Document additional requirements including traffic management, ACM considerations, dewatering, power issues, missing rope, blockages, vegetation obstructions and construction risks. Attach photographs, record locations, and maintain a clear revision history to support compliance and quality assurance during design and pre-construction reviews.
