This WWNZ daily trading checklist helps duty managers verify that a supermarket is ready for trade from open through power hours. It covers exterior and entrance presentation, trolley and basket availability, signage, and lighting. Fresh departments are audited for cleanliness, product quality, ticketing, date codes, coolroom checks, and merchandising across Produce, Bakery, Meat, and Deli/Seafood. Long life, Grocery/GM, Liquor, and Perishables are checked for full ends, off-location displays, capping, load lines, and eggs and milk standards. Stockroom controls include yard tidiness, secure forklift keys, and safe pallet storage. Customer Service, Online orders, and Checkouts are reviewed for staffing, performance boards, and processes. Safety walks, amenities, and stockloss huddles are included.
