This Shop Visit Assessment helps area managers evaluate retail branch standards and performance. The checklist covers exterior and shop floor presentation, brochure merchandising, staff appearance, FX bureau security and till counts, back office housekeeping, sales and target attainment, administration and compliance including rotas, exceptions, complaints and insurance, marketing and social activity, and maintenance issues.
