This NCR TS Retail template supports engineers delivering the Morrisons self checkout bolt down project. Use it to log lane numbers, capture before and after photos of wiring, earth bonding, conduit and L brackets, verify SCO status screens, and complete engineer and customer sign off for each lane. The checklist guides prerequisite checks, records parts installed for normal and belted self checkout lanes, and includes site sign off by both engineer and store representative.
