Deze winkelbeeld checklist ondersteunt het MT bij de dagelijkse ochtendronde in Zaandam 710. Onderwerpen zijn o.a. parkeerplaats en buitenterrein, winkelwagens en karren, vlaginstructies, buitenpresentaties en prullenbakken. Bij de entree worden windvang, inpaktafel, prijsvergelijker en WeCycle-bakken gecontroleerd. Op de winkelvloer gaat de aandacht naar service- en retourbalie, kassa's, gangpaden, kopstellingen, presentatie en beprijzing, evenals vrije nooduitgangen en bereikbare blusmiddelen. Verder worden middenpad en bulkpresentaties, dagelijkse BKC-audits, goederenontvangst en afvalstraat, drive-in en verhuurbalie met apparatuur beoordeeld.
