Inspect back-of-house: stockroom order, faulties, hangers, VM tools, first aid, transfers older than 10 days, negative SOH, and PayGlobal exceptions. Check loss prevention: banking variances, cash handling, security tags, gate tests, lay-bys, refunds, discounts, and staff purchases. Confirm communication routines, training plans, reviews, and end-of-visit feedback with agreed objectives.
