This workplace experience checklist helps facilities teams audit office floors across zones A to E, meeting rooms and VP cabins, destination and active zones, lift lobbies, recreation areas, gyms, washrooms, and lobby or ground floor. Verify cleanliness, power outlets, lighting and emergency lights, HVAC and VAV at 23 degrees C, AQI meters, LMS lux levels 400-500, fire extinguishers and smoke detectors, signage, printers and supplies, planters, and overall readiness.
