Use this weekly maintenance inspection checklist to capture the condition of critical assets and areas across your facility or shopping centre. Review signage, roofing and gutters, storage areas (retailer, contractor, centre-managed), plumbing, vertical transport, walkways and stairs, plant and switch rooms, IDF/MDF rooms, lighting (general, emergency, back-of-house), flooring, compactors and balers, graffiti and structural damage, and fire equipment including FIP and sub panels. Identify hazards, record notes and photos, assign actions, and schedule repairs to maintain safety, compliance, and uptime.
