This Weekly Fire Call Point Test checklist helps facilities teams verify that a selected manual call point activates the alarm sounders, the correct call point and zone are shown on the fire control panel, and that all alarms reset properly. Record the call point ID, accessibility, activation and sounder results, panel display accuracy, and any faults. Reset the call point and control panel, note whether the gas valve (if applicable) has been reset, and capture further comments or issues requiring Facilities Management follow‑up.
