This weekly cleaning audit checklist helps facilities teams assess cleaning performance across general areas, kitchens and food prep spaces, toilets and change rooms, and exterior surfaces. The Facilities Coordinator completes the audit and submits it to the Facilities Administrator for recording and reporting. Each item is scored to determine whether outcomes meet the required standard, with space to add comments on exceptional or unacceptable results. Tasks include dusting, surface and fixture cleaning, waste removal, floor care, interior window cleaning, kitchen appliance and sink checks, sanitary area hygiene, odour control, and external entrances and playgrounds. The checklist concludes with auditor sign off.
