It covers rubbish removal and bin liner replacement, dusting and vacuuming of reception and meeting areas, wiping doors, blinds, tables, and windowsills, and spot vacuuming in corners. Kitchen tasks include cleaning backsplashes, benches, cupboards and cabinets, scrubbing sinks and polishing chrome, cleaning the coffee machine, mopping floors, and spot cleaning glass. Toilet area tasks include emptying bins, vacuuming and mopping floors, cleaning bowls, seats, urinals and bases, replenishing dispensers, refreshing brushes, polishing taps and holders, and wiping walls. Weekly tasks, special focus notes, tenant additional tasks, and sign off fields for training acknowledgement, name, date, and signature are included.
