This tenancy cleaning audit helps ensure rental properties are cleaned to end-of-lease standards before handover. Inspect living areas, kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and hallways for dust, stains, and surface hygiene. Verify floors are swept, mopped, or vacuumed; appliances and cupboards are cleaned inside and out; glass and mirrors are smear-free; and touch points are sanitized.
