Abrange fornecimento de água e gás da concessionária com leituras, conformidade de cavalete e abrigo, inspeção de reservatórios (potável e não potável), teste de funcionamento das bombas de recalque e verificação de vazamentos. Inclui checagens nos vestiários (vasos, mictórios, lavatórios, duchas e temperatura da água) e avaliação do barrilete, com leitura de pressões dos hidrantes e sprinklers e registro fotográfico do manômetro, além de campo para observações.
