Este checklist de SPDA foi projetado para a inspeção visual do Sistema de Proteção contra Descargas Atmosféricas no edifício Sesc 24 de Maio. Abrange verificação de conexões de cabos à malha de aterramento em diferentes pavimentos (ático, piscina, subsolos), registro fotográfico de anomalias, rastreabilidade por data e responsáveis, e campos para observações e ações corretivas. Auxilia no atendimento à NBR 5419, na manutenção preventiva, na segurança elétrica e na conformidade de instalações. Pode ser utilizado em auditorias, rotinas de manutenção e inspeções periódicas do LPS.
