Cobre chiller, níveis dos reservatórios de água potável e de reuso, grupo gerador e combustível, aquecedores por pavimento, compressores, câmaras frigoríficas da comedoria, medidores e fornecimento de gás (Comgás) e água (Sabesp), bombas de recalque, elevadores e sistemas de recalque de esgoto, pluvial e lençol freático.
