A rotina inclui registro de código e localização da porta, fotos e identificação da placa, além da verificação do estado de pintura, maçanetas, fechaduras, dobradiças, barra antipânico, fechamento automático e organização. O modelo padroniza critérios (OK/N-OK), coleta evidências fotográficas e espaço para observações, ajudando na manutenção preventiva, segurança contra incêndio e conformidade com normas.
