Use esta plantilla ROP-016 (versión 14, vigente desde el 19/12/2024) para llevar el registro diario de supervisiones de seguridad. Incluye campos para ruta y horario, rutero de puestos, horas de llegada y salida, dirección, nombre del vigilante y observaciones. Registre además armamento (número de serie, calibre y munición) y medios de comunicación (radio o teléfono, número de serie). Permite controlar múltiples puestos en una misma jornada, mejorar la trazabilidad de las rondas, estandarizar el control operacional y dejar evidencia de cumplimiento en sitio.
