This dilapidation survey and post inspection report template helps assess and document the condition of residential properties before and after works. Capture room by room notes for kitchen, lounge, hallway, bathroom and bedrooms, record meter details and readings for gas and electric, and note property dimensions. Add photos for each area, complete a dilapidation schedule and post works sign off, and verify cleaning, debris removal, garden clearance, keys present and meters clear. Include signatures of the supervisor or surveyor and the post inspection inspector with date to ensure a complete audit trail.
