This Office WHS Inspection Checklist helps teams systematically review safety and compliance across office environments. It covers exterior areas such as pavements, parking, steps, signage, drainage, and public safety; and interior areas including access and egress, entryways, walls, ceilings, floors, lighting, ventilation and air conditioning, amenities, storerooms, housekeeping, and workstations. It also reviews furniture and fittings, ergonomics (chairs, footrests, display units), electrical safety (leads, tagging, power points, cable management), chemical management (MSDS access and storage with PPE), and emergency preparedness (plans, drills, wardens, fire appliances, smoke detectors, clear access to equipment, fire doors, escapes, bomb threat instructions). First aid provisions, manual handling practices, and any other hazards are also assessed to identify risks and drive corrective actions.
