Use this checklist to capture monthly water meter readings across JTC Aviation Two. Record meter IDs and locations for bulk meter chambers, domestic and NEWater meters, tenant suites, and common areas from basement to rooftop. Log date, conductor, start and end readings, consumption totals, notes, anomalies, and attach photos. Follow the guidance to take readings on the 28th of each month or earlier if on a Sunday or public holiday to support accurate tracking, maintenance, and billing.
