LPA Shutdown Checklist

This LPA shutdown checklist helps venues complete a safe and orderly building lockdown. Tasks include securing and putting away equipment, removing EWP keys, shutting down PA systems, dimmers, lighting, and HVAC, and turning off office, foyer, backstage, and dressing room lights. It also covers verifying fire alarms are online and de-isolated, locking all external doors and access points, and arming venue alarms. Capture notes for any issues and confirm completion of the building shutdown.
