Dit RIE formulier helpt bij het systematisch beoordelen van risico s rondom liftinstallaties. Het behandelt toegang en verlichting van de machinekamer, ladderveiligheid, noodverlichting, hoofdschakelaar en brandblusser, evenals eisen voor tractie en hydraulische liften. Ook komen cabineveiligheid, communicatie en alarm, toleranties, cabinedak en positioneringspunten aan bod. De schachtsectie omvat verlichting, afschermingen, grendels, putladder, noodstop en tegengewicht. Keuringseisen en registratie van keuringspunten zijn inbegrepen, plus aandacht voor GSM signaal en asbest. Bij hogere risico s worden duidelijke actiepunten en termijnen voorgesteld, zodat werkzaamheden veilig en conform arbo verlopen.
