This monthly caravan checks template is designed for estate and park operators to assess the safety and condition of static caravans. It guides inspectors through external checks (steps, handrails, cladding, drainage, electrical hook-up), occupancy verification, and comprehensive fire safety requirements (exits, alarms, CO detectors, extinguisher, fire blanket, action notices).
