Kangarilla CFS General Workplace Inspection Checklist

This general workplace inspection checklist is designed for Kangarilla CFS environments including headquarters, training centers, brigade stations, and units. It helps identify hazards and drive corrective actions via a local Hazard Register and HIRM reporting. Sections cover access and egress, building and precincts, electrical safety, emergency and first aid facilities, chemical management, storage and ergonomics, PPE, amenities, plant and equipment, traffic management, and records. It includes checks for extinguishers, first aid kits, RCDs, asbestos registers, gas cylinders, vehicle and equipment maintenance, CABA and Hazmat records, and signage, supporting ongoing compliance and workplace safety.
