Housekeeping Supervisors Daily Checklist

This daily checklist helps housekeeping supervisors audit common areas in residential or mixed use properties. Inspect reception handrails, doors, floors, furniture, bins, signage, and lifts. Review each building level for ceilings, walls, windows, doors, floors, and staircases. Verify service rooms including FHC, electrical and water meter rooms and garbage chutes. Assess swimming pool access and furniture. Check main garbage rooms for skips, smell, walls and drains. Evaluate parking areas, ramps, barriers and bins, plus surrounding parks and play areas. Includes sign off for the HK Supervisor and AOM.
