High Pressure Cleaner Inspection Checklist TTP
by Ralph Rosser, from the Community
This High Pressure Cleaner Inspection Checklist helps teams perform pre-start checks and routine inspections on pressure washer units, including trailer-mounted systems. Record model and serial numbers, date, inspector, and location. Verify fuel and engine oil levels, inspect water supply lines for damage and secure connections, check gun, nozzles, and high-pressure hoses, and review water tank lid and hose reel condition. Confirm trailer readiness by testing lights, jockey wheel, wheel nuts, tyre condition, plug and cable, chains and shackles, number plate visibility, spare wheel, and overall trailer condition. Capture findings, sign off, and document completion for safer, compliant operation.
